Taste of London! (Summer Edition)
Chang Beer’s global culinary celebration, Chang Sensory Trails made its return to the UK at Taste of London. As the official beer sponsor, Chang Beer was available at all bars throughout the festival, including the Diners Club VIP Lounge, around the “Chang Music Stage”, and at “The Chang Sensory Trails” space.
Within the Chang Sensory Trail space, Chang joined forces with four London-based Thai restaurants to showcase a range of signature home dishes which were inspired by the respective head chefs of each restaurant.
Soho-based Wild Rice served its trademark Thai fried chicken; Nipa served its traditional tod mun pla (a classic Thai fish cake made with sweet chilli sauce, mixed cucumber relish and toasted peanuts); Greyhound Café served hot oil pork knuckle with spicy tamarind curry paste, jaew sauce and sticky rice basket; and 101 Kitchen created a spicy fish salad, giving the classic Thai salad an Isaan and Laotian twist.
Chang Sensory Trails will also feature at the winter edition of Taste of London at Tobacco Dock later this year. See you there!
