Chang partners with LA Food Bowl bringing exciting food events to DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES

Chang Beer USA is bringing more exciting activities to their fans this year! Kicking-off its delectable Chang Sensory Trails campaign last month, Chang announced its partnership with Executive Chef Louis Tikaram from LA’s hotspot, E.P.&L.P., as its Ambassador Chef for 2018. As part of this partnership, Chef Louis will take fans along his own food journey from the streets of LA to Bangkok.

For the first stop on the trail, Chang Beer joined forces with the LA FOOD BOWL for three distinctive food events that celebrated the fine craftsmen and women behind LA’s popular food scene. Guests and fans who attended E.P. & L.P.’S THAI AND ASIAN PARTY, NIGHT+MARKET with ANDY RICKER, and the TUI THAI TRIBUTE were welcomed with ice cold, refreshing Chang Beer and tasty bites. For those who couldn’t attend, our influencer squad leader Nelson Yong shared IG stories via @ChangBeerUSA to show fans all the highlights.

The collaboration with the LA Times culminated during its 5-day Night Market event at the heart of Los Angeles. Chang Beer offered guests and fans a preview of what they could experience at our annual Chang Sensory Trails event as Night Market combined Asian cuisine and Thai beer harmoniously. Chef Louis also created his “WORLD FAMOUS TARO CHIPS” exclusively just for Chang beer. The flavors included Szechuan, Tom Yum, Nori, and Sea Salt, which recipes were curated to perfectly compliment a refreshing Chang Beer. With the amazing turnout and success from these events, Chang only sees this momentum continuing to our Chang Sensory Trails event on June 16th.
