“ONE DOLLAR” was a donation project to fund a live show by Wowy that brought the hip-hop community together. Wowy faced many challenges and made many sacrifices to make the show happen. This fashion collection by VietMax is inspired by Wowy’s undying perseverance, and represents the unity of Vietnamese urban arts culture.
The name, Slowz, and what he has achieved in his career reminds VietMax of a quote by Abraham Lincoln, “I am a slow walker, but I never walk back.” DJ Slowz grows slowly but steadily. Just like how the ordinary Pawn becomes King, DJ Slowz takes slow but right steps to move forward. VietMax is inspired by his endeavours towards success by not looking down on the smallest things and staying humble.
