Chang Sensory Trails – London April 2017

Building on last year’s success, Chang Sensory Trails kicked off its 2017 world tour with a bang at London’s Old Spitalfields Market on April 29th. The rich, multi-sensorial event garnered more than 2,500 visitors and was a true feast in every sense of the word.

Groovy, live music and immersive event grounds complemented the amazing Thai cuisine on display – each dish inspired by the fondest memories of our renowned chef couple, ‘Bo’ Songvisava and Dylan Jones.

For 60 lucky consumers and media guests, the evening was made even more memorable at the exclusive Chef’s Table, as they savoured a special menu and intimate VIP experience hosted by the chefs themselves.

All in all, Chang Sensory Trails made its definitive mark in London, showing the city and its residents the perfect recipe for a memorably entertaining evening amongst friends. Heads-up, San Francisco! We’ll see you guys soon.
